Mortgage with a problem in the Czech Banking Credit Bureau

We are able to arrange for our clients mortgages even with the entry in the bank register of the debtors (CBCB), doing this via the bank. This concerns credits exceeding 1 mil. CZK. We are able to approve problem registers up to 9 due instalments. The condition is to pay off the currently due instalments which are overdue and not to have an execution from any bank or a payable credit. If you have more than 4–5 due instalments, you will have to pay off also the due instalments that will appear in the non-banking register SOLUS.

Higher fees for processing are paid to arrange problematic credits in the register when arranging the mortgage. The fees are not paid in advance! They are paid only after the credit has been approved. We deal with problematic mortgages with several delays on a regular basis and no fee for arranging the mortgage is paid here, unlike with some of our competitors.
