Mortgages without income

Currently, it is possible to arrange a mortgage even if you do not prove your income, necessary for the mortgage. However, you have to be solvent to be able to pay off this mortgage.

Turnover mortgage for entrepreneurs up to 100% of the appraisal of the real estate

If you are an entrepreneur such as a self-employed person or if you own a legal entity (joint-stock company, limited company), we will help you to arrange the mortgage for you to up to 100% of the appraisal of the real estate – special-purpose mortgage, or up to 70% of the appraisal of the real estate – American mortgage. We prove your solvency only with the turnover in your tax return; you do not prove net profit.

Mortgage without proving income for non-entrepreneurs

Currently, we have 2 bank products to arrange the mortgage without income for non-entrepreneurial subject – mortgage to purchase real estate and American mortgage. You do not prove at all your income to assess the mortgage and in this case we can provide you with 50% of the value of the pledged real estate. Apart from the real estate that is being purchased you can further pledge your own real estate.

Mortgage for more than 50% of the value of the real estate for non-entrepreneurs

If you are not an entrepreneur and nevertheless you need to arrange a mortgage for more than 50% of the value of the real estate, you must prove any income with the bank account statement or in any other credible manner.

Mortgage with proving the income from lease

If you lease real estate we can lend you up to 80% of the value of the pledged real estate – special-purpose mortgage, or 70% from the value of the pledged real estate – American mortgage, and you can either prove your income with bank account statements or you do not have to.
